School-Based | Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative school-based team supporting students across a K–12 setting. This role focuses on helping students develop the functional skills needed to succeed academically, socially, and independently in the school environment.

• School-based position (K–12, placement based on experience and need)
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Contract or W2 options (varies by district)
• Supportive multidisciplinary team environment

• Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, handwriting, and classroom participation
• Assist with data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice
• School-based experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with children of varying developmental and functional levels
• Commitment to supporting student success in an educational setting
