- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and status reports
- Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and Hadoop
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration
- 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Six Sigma certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
