Job SummaryAs a Physical Therapist at Taylor Communities, you will:
- Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate residents
- Develop, revise, and implement individualized plans of care under physician supervision
- Participate in discharge planning and ongoing care adjustments
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
