Position: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Retirement Community - Laconia, NH

Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a great Retirement Community (SNF/ALF/ILF) setting. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives at this facility.

Qualifications

  • You must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice (or a new graduate PTA)
  • You must have an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification prior to start
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification prior to start

Responsibilities

  • Screening patients
  • Documenting progress toward identified objectives
  • Administering physical therapy services as directed by a registered physical therapist
  • Conducting patient and family education
  • Delivering quality physical therapy services
  • Putting patient service first
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player
