Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a great Retirement Community (SNF/ALF/ILF) setting. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives at this facility.
Qualifications
- You must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice (or a new graduate PTA)
- You must have an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification prior to start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification prior to start
Responsibilities
- Screening patients
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Administering physical therapy services as directed by a registered physical therapist
- Conducting patient and family education
- Delivering quality physical therapy services
- Putting patient service first
- Maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player
