Field Service Technician

We are looking for Technicians to help update/replace pinpad / POS devices in a retail store. There are multiple locations available with a schedule that has been made by the client. This is a short-term project.

4 hour minimum
Rate: $25/hr
Must have reliable transportation; a Smart phone and an interest or some experience with replacing POS hardware. You will reference a manual so experience is not required but helpful.

• Pin Pad tech:
  Remove existing Verifone MX925 devices, install Verifone M450 PIN pads according to our client's provided documentation.
• Ensure all cables are securely connected and functional.
• Maintain cable hygiene: conceal routing, removal of excess slack, elimination of trip hazards and use of approved cable management materials.
• Conduct testing and verification of installed devices:
  Perform successful test transactions with the Manager on Duty ("MOD") and complete the client's Pin Pad Verification Form for each register.
• Capture required documentation and upload to a Kohl's designated repository.

Intermediate Level

Contract position based out of Lacey, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
