Staffing Sales Representative

• Competitive base + commission + End of year bonus

• Split your time between the office and the field (about 50/50)
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage a territory through calls, prospecting, and in-person visits

• Sales or staffing experience a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• Outgoing, people‑first attitude — you like talking to people and building relationships
• Self‑motivated and goal‑driven
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Comfortable with CRM and Microsoft/Google tools
• Must pass background and drug screen
