Location: East Region, WA (Spokane)

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26 per hour ( worked)

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Travel: Up to 60%

The Area Supervisor oversees janitorial operations across multiple facilities, ensuring quality service, safety compliance, and effective team leadership.

• Supervise, train, and coach custodial staff across assigned sites.
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules and staffing coverage.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Maintain accurate operational and inspection records.
• Support facility improvement and light maintenance projects as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities services.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and floor care practices.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
