Responsibilities- Assess ADLs and IADLs to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities and adapt interventions to meet cognitive, perceptual, motor, and psychosocial needs.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech‑language pathologists, and social workers to coordinate care aligned with short‑ and long‑term goals.
