Physical Therapist - Clinic Director

NW Sports, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our team in Lacey, WA.

SALARY RANGE: $85,000 – $105,000

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure

Washington pay range: $85,000—$105,000 USD
