Salary: $19.45 to $23.95 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, Retail Store Managers can earn a lucrative monthly bonus, contributing to a major portion of total yearly income.

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a plus). The Store Manager will be accountable for day‑to‑day operations, fostering a positive and productive environment, leading, coaching, and developing store employees, and maximizing financial goals. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, ensuring asset protection, promoting the business, and handling customer relations and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers professionally and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent via company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, and ensure all procedures are followed to protect assets.
- Maintain asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer store processes: inventory, loan management, merchandising, presentation, systems, and enterprise reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through goal setting and communication.
- Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and purchasing processes to ensure value and integrity of all loans.
- Complete assigned training for self‑development as requested.
- Communicate clearly with employees about store mission and profit objectives.
- Keep up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
- Demonstrated supervisory ability.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- Possibility of assisting customers outside the building or retrieving products from exterior storage.
- Minimum age 18.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Flexible to work multiple locations based on business needs.
- Flexible retail schedule: weekends and holidays included.
- Store Managers work 45+ hours/week; hours are variable based on business needs.
- Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
- Strong multitasking, detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Independent work ability with minimal supervision.
- Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.
Commission is proprietary. Store Managers receive commission based on the store’s monthly gross profit. Detailed information will be provided during the interview process.
