Additional Benefits & Perks

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide exceptional therapy services while collaborating with a team dedicated to closing mental health gaps in the community
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
• Maintain accurate documentation (diagnoses, treatment plans, case notes)
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week (for full-time status)
• Coordinate with families, case managers, medical professionals, school staff, and other support networks
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Licensed (PLMHP, LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW, LP, etc.)
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries with clients
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels
