Construction Superintendent

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Construction Superintendent ready to lead impactful work in the Midwest.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing daily field operations on projects ranging from $5M–$50M+
- Leading field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work on schedule and within budget
- Developing, maintaining, and driving project schedules
- Coordinating self‑performed work and overseeing equipment usage
- Enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance at every phase
- Maintaining high quality standards from groundbreaking to closeout
- Building strong working relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on mid‑to‑large commercial projects
- Strong field leadership and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset
- Ability to read plans, manage sequencing, and adjust quickly when challenges arise
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook (Procore or scheduling tools a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a bonus — proven field experience matters most
