What You’ll Be Doing- Assisting with scheduling, document control, and change management
- Coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers
- Managing submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Tracking costs and maintaining accurate project records
- Collaborating with owners, architects, superintendents, and internal teams
- Participating in planning meetings, quality control, and project closeout
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Technically curious and eager to understand how projects truly operate
- Detail-driven and committed to accuracy
- Collaborative and respectful with field and office teams
