Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of commercial projects, guiding teams from kickoff through closeout while protecting schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing- Driving project execution to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborating closely with owners, architects, superintendents, and internal teams
- Overseeing schedules, contracts, cost management, safety performance, and project closeout
- Managing documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Identifying risks early and solving problems proactively
- Strengthening community and client relationships to support long-term growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred)
- 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a Project Manager role
- Strong understanding of budgets, contracts, and project controls
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a plus
- Exceptional organization, leadership, and communication skills
- Technically strong with deep knowledge of construction processes
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing cost and schedule
- Collaborative leader who builds trust across project teams
