Job Description SummaryAll OIT student workers are required to work on the Service Desk.
- The Service Desk takes calls and responds to email from students, faculty, staff, and outside sources, and prepares work orders for both technology and facilities requests.
- Answer phone calls, emails, web requests, and walk-in requests and prepare appropriate work orders.
- Assist users with password changes and other first-level support.
- Route phone calls to appropriate department / person.
- Must speak and write English clearly.
- Must be a current ULV student.
