Job Description Summary
Acts as a primary contact for students, parents, university personnel and other involved parties concerning student accounts. Advises students regarding their payment options and financial policies.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience in accounts receivable, banking, or a student services department preferably in Student Accounts, Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions, or Academic Advising. Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to interact in a professional manner during stressful situations. Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Ability to analyze, interpret data and make independent decisions.
