Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator located in La Verne, CA. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and conducting material and labor evaluations. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring that all estimates are completed on time to support project goals. The Estimator will also manage bid proposals and assist in identifying cost-saving methods while maintaining project quality.
Qualifications- Proficiency in cost estimation, data analysis, and budget planning
- Strong understanding of construction materials, labor, and project specifications
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in construction estimation is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
