Intelli-Tech is looking for a new Account Executive to join us in our La Verne office. If you’re someone who likes to think outside of the box, connect with customers on a deeper level, and inspire your peers to strive for excellence, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will bring excitement and collaboration to the team, sparking new ideas and fostering a sense of excitement for the future of the company.

Description

Produce and service a group of IT customers representing organizations in the education, healthcare, corporate, or government sectors

Ensure that each of your customers receives the highest level of service on a consistent basis

Spend significant time in the field, visiting each of your customers on a regular basis to further develop the value of the relationship

React to requests for quotes / purchase orders in a timely manner

Create documentation with a clear attention to detail

Strategically seek out best pricing from distribution partners

Provide well-thought-out sales forecasts and reports to management on a monthly basis

Manage the return process for your customers when necessary

Make educated IT solution recommendations for unique business cases presented to you by our customers

Study and remain educated on the latest trends within the tech industry

Attend and engage in all team meetings and trainings

Manage and develop supporting team members, embracing Intelli-Tech’s spirit of humble leadership

Regularly provide thoughtful feedback to supporting team members, and provide comprehensive performance reviews when required

Act as a team player, assisting coworkers even when not personally benefiting from your efforts

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant sales experience

Proven track record of outstanding customer service, retention of key accounts, & pursuit / acquisition of new accounts on a regular basis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM

Bachelor's degree preferred
