Job Description Summary
Under direction, manages the administration of work order requests from housing residents; liaises with Facilities Management Services to resolve maintenance work orders requested by residents; coordinates scheduled cleaning with Housekeeping; manages housing key management and process development; and analyzes data related to key areas of responsibility to strategize and improve processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Ability to work with a diverse population; ability to keep a high level of confidentiality. Ability to make decisions independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Able to use PC Computer, MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HR Application, Microsoft Outlook, Banner GUI Internet, Star Rez Housing database, People Admin, Word Press, Fax, and copy machines.
