• Safely and timely deliver parts to customers while providing the best‑in‑class customer service at all times.
• Safely and timely pick parts up from local vendors to support excellent customer service and timely repairs.
• Accurately and safely stock parts in the branch Parts Department, working with other parts staff.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Assist Parts Department inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized Parts Department to help staff quickly find parts.
• Support all branch shipping and receiving, including Bailey’s interoffice courier service.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safe driving record.

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Willingness to adapt, learn, and take direction.
• Ability to maintain a positive presence in the workplace.
• Good, safe work habits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification provided by Bailey.
