• Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date. Under supervision, learn processes and gain the skills necessary to service customers using all equipment utilized in the delivery process (e.g., invoicing on handheld devices); perform start/end of shift check-in and out procedures for cash and paperwork accountability; properly secure company assets and inventory and safely handle products during delivery at customer locations.
• Learn and develop merchandising habits and techniques to ensure customer and consumer satisfaction while meeting Company merchandising standards and executing commercial plans in customer outlets.
• Develop good rotation practices and manage point-of-sale materials (racks, shippers); learn how to build and maintain displays, ensure product facing and brand order, and perform proper backroom management of products.
• Develop customer service skills by working with customers to understand their needs and communicate issues to the appropriate manager.
• Promote personal safety and comply with company safety standards, equipment safety, and federal regulations (including DOT and Hours of Service).

• Valid driver’s license for residence state and an excellent driving history (as reflected in the seven-year Motor Vehicle Report)
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL) is not required for hire
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements
