Vanguard Truck Leasing has an immediate need for an entry level selling Branch Manager in our Greensboro, North Carolina territory.

Vanguard Truck Leasing specializes in Full Service Truck Leasing, Commercial Truck Rental and Contract Maintenance in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, Arizona and Missouri. We bring the complete Vanguard Truck Centers' strengths to our Customers.

• Sales of new and additional full service lease, rental, and contract maintenance business.
• Management of assigned accounts within the assigned territory. Regular contact with these clients is essential to identify internal growth opportunities, answer questions, be a problem solver for our clients.
• Opportunity to lease new equipment as lease contracts expire and add new clients to grow our business.
• Steady, daily solicitation of new business that leads to branch growth and increased employer profitability.
• This position requires daily heavy face-to-face, cold-calling and telemarketing for new business. If you have an issue making sales calls for any reason, do not apply for this position.

• Total Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary (DOE) Plus commissions paid on new lease and used truck sales, quarterly rental bonus, and annual bonus based on branch profitability.
• Monthly Car allowance, you must have dependable transportation.
• Monthly Cell phone allowance.
• Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k (requires employee contribution).
• Minimal overnight travel required for occasional training or company events.
• The greater Greensboro metropolitan area is your assigned territory.
• Potential additional sales and management opportunities throughout the organization.

• 4-year college or associates degree is preferred; however documented industry experience will be taken into consideration in-lieu of this requirement.
• Persons with 2+ years prior equipment rental experience in a fast paced environment are encouraged to apply.
• We will train someone with the right attitude.
• Strong business to business cold-calling sales background is preferred, however you must be a social person.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn our business and start a career are a must.
• Must consent to and pass a drug/background/credit screening process prior to firm employment offer.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, professional conduct, a dedicated work ethic and punctuality are required.
