Brief Description: Operators are to perform tasks such as receiving, assembly, disassembly, and testing of products as directed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following; other duties may be assigned:

• Maintain cooperative, diplomatic relationships with co-workers and supervisors.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Read, understand, and follow all Work Instructions (WI’s).
• Comply with safety protocols and training.
• Support QMN’s policies and procedures.
• Disassemble and reassemble units per instructions.
• Test units according to work instructions and process flows.
• Inspect products for correct labeling.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Enter data into the QMS shop floor system precisely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, identify hazards, and suggest corrective actions.
• Use proper lifting and material handling techniques.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
