3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11 pm – 7 am

• Provides repair, reconditioning, and regular maintenance to tooling and fixtures.
• Utilizes computer controlled machining lathes, grinders, polishers, and EDMs to resurface and repair press dies and other fixtures.
• Follows all safety guidelines for tooling repair equipment and utilizes Lock‑Out Tag‑Out procedures when necessary to ensure safe equipment setup.
• Selects the appropriate machinery for repairs and follows all safety policies and procedures associated with that equipment.
• Provides Operator Level PM on the Tool Room equipment and functionally tests all repairs before releasing the tools/fixtures to production.
• Utilizes blueprints and schematics to set up the machines for a repair.
• Performs detailed inspection of tooling to troubleshoot concerns with the finished products.
• Utilizes scopes, optical comparators, and Keyence measuring devices to aid in troubleshooting and repair.

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• 2‑ or 4‑year Technical Degree preferred.
