Residential Paint Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish) –

WhatYou'll Do
- Lead & Develop Teams:
Train, mentor, and supervise painting crews to drive high performance and maintain job site excellence. - Manage Projects:
Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. - Ensure Quality & Safety:
Monitor work to meet Dry PaT's standards and enforce safety protocols at all times. - Travel as Needed:
Visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas; occasional travel to remote projects. - Oversee Materials & Equipment:
Manage paint usage, inventory replenishment, and ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance. - Promote Compliance:
Uphold environmental safety practices, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on residential painting experience.
- Leadership
Experience:
5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading field teams. - Communication
Skills:
Clear, respectful, and confident communicator—written and verbal. - Technical Know-How: Deep knowledge of paint prep, application techniques, and tools of the trade.
- Organized & Strategic: Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
