Responsibilities- We are hiring a Field Service Technician for a customer-facing role focused on Client Printer hardware repair.
- The role involves onsite troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of Client print devices.
- Candidates must live within 15 minutes of Johnson City, TN and have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Onsite break/fix & hardware repair of Client Printers (Design Jet, A3, Laser Jet)
- Installation, configuration & maintenance of devices
- Customer-facing technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware issues logically and efficiently
- Work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Maintain service documentation & admin tasks
- Coordinate with escalation & technical teams when required
- Strong experience in Client Printer hardware repair (Mandatory)
- Hands‑on mechanical & troubleshooting skills
- Onsite customer support experience
- Ability to use tools & alignment equipment
- Good communication & professionalism
- Experience with Laptops, Desktops, POS, Workstations
- Third‑party software exposure
- IT / Hardware certification or training
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College / Hardware technology training preferred
- Pay: $25/hr.
- Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
