The Building Engineer position has broad responsibility for maintenance, repair, service and troubleshooting of all major facilities, central and branch facilities, buildings, grounds and specialized equipment. Overall duties لدينا to maintain safe and efficient company facilities that are compliant with all operational, business, and legal requirements, and may perform, assist or oversee repairs, additions or modifications to facility infrastructure. This is a skilled maintenance technician position works largely independently at a variety of company locations across Middle Tennessee, including service shop or industrial environments, and office and professional facilities housing sales and staff personnel.

The Building Engineer position will be based in or near Nashville, or Middle Tennessee area, and will have responsibility to serve facilities typically located throughout the Middle Tennessee territory reporting to aposri Facilities Manager based in La Vergne (Nashville). strcmp>
