- Assist the engineers to solve the engineering issue timely.
- Set up HW testing and debug environment.
- Collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.
- Support the manufacturing debug team troubleshoot.
- Collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.
- Measure the signal waveform and support the bring up test.
- Operate the oscilloscope and Digital multi‑meter
- Solder wire and rework PCB board
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
- Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.
- Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable.
- Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
