The RTV Program Manager will own critical RTV specific functions that have direct financial impact and tasks that fall outside of the scope of the normal day-to-day RTV processors. The RTV Program Manager will work closely with the RTV Operations Manager to review internal Quality audit findings, implement necessary actions and ensure ISO
9001 compliance is being followed in each RTV area. Maintain relationships with QCI buyer teams, as well as internal partners through interaction and constant drive for timely and accurate program status.

• Work proactively to provide QCI buyer teams accurate DMR records and status updates to assist with vendor credit requests.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues (internal and external) and escalate when appropriate.

Cross functional interaction with QCI, engineering and manufacturing to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain/complete regular reports to QCI and management.
• Actively work towards process, system, and quality improvement.
• Attend internal and external meetings with global teams; some after-hours meetings may be required.
• Other duties upon request.

• Minimum of 1 year of related business experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/business field OR 4 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s degree in business a plus but not required.

• Operations and/or customer interface experience preferred.
• Good communication skills at all levels; written, oral & presentation skills required.
• Ability to speak a second language is preferred.
• Experience working with other cultures preferred.
• Ability to assess and resolve situational problems in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage multiple issues at one time in a professional way.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Travel as required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stand, stoop and bend.
• Able to sit at desk and use/view computer for prolonged periods up to 8 hours daily.
