As a Retail Associate at the La Quinta Resort and Club, you will generate revenue and sales transactions through excellent product knowledge and customer service, maintain a clean and comfortable store environment, and collaborate closely with team members.

• Maintain strong relationships with guests and team members.
• Have detailed knowledge of the hotel, resort events, amenities, and directions.
• Assist in creating unique and creative retail displays.
• Master the POS system and manage cash operations.
• Stay organized, ensuring products are well stocked and inventory is maintained.
• Keep the area clean and presentable.
• Respond creatively to guest dissatisfaction.
• Comply with accounting guidelines for receipts, tips, cash drawer, and house bank management.
• Balance the house bank at shift end and manage bank movements with accountability.

• Physical capability to bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

$17.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors, including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
