Bilingual Field Store Associate (Spanish) – Part Time

Join Sherwin‑Williams as a bilingual field store associate in the Paint and Pro departments at Lowe’s Store #208, located at 78-865 Highway 111, La Quinta, CA 92253. You will be responsible for driving and increasing sales, engaging customers, generating leads, implementing effective sales and marketing programs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing merchandising. This part‑time role supports the client satisfaction mission and requires staying up‑to‑date with product features.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $20.00/hr

• Drive sales growth and manage customer leads in the Paint and Pro departments.
• Provide excellent sales service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain Pro customer color files and mix products to customer specifications.
• Maintain adequate store appearance, color wall, back‑stock, and inventory best practices.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Facilitate in‑person customer connectivity between paint and pro desks.
• Support Lowe’s Pro Desk paint needs, including real‑time customer requests and promotional events.
• Promote and represent Sherwin‑Williams and Valspar brand standards and product strengths to associates, customers, and contractors.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis; assist Sales Representatives in generating sales leads by interacting with customers.
• Train Lowe’s associates on product knowledge and application methods.
• Complete eLearning modules and ensure HR Cloud trainings are current and compliant.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Previous work experience selling paint and paint‑related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
