On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1867) – Part-time, On-Demand schedule.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment; be familiar with all fulfillment services and how to direct guests to enroll, activate and use them.
• Understand and show guests how to use Wallet and other features within the Target App.
• Handle returns and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders as needed to help solve for the guest while following Target’s policies and procedures.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience while following Target’s policies and procedures.
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up orders and related returns, maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Support Cash Office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.
