• Read and understand simple instructions, product labels and pricing codes.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees.
• Carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.

Under direct supervision, the Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Duties include assisting customers, cleaning display cases and shelves, and cleaning, filling and rotating the self-serve displays within the Dairy Deli Frozen Department.

• Assist customers with dairy, deli, and frozen items.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and self-serve displays.
• Rotate and restock frozen products.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.

• Age 16–17 required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
