Maintenance Mechanic

3rd Shift: 9pm-5:30am

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all maintenance activities and provide regular updates to the supervisor regarding job progress.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping standards always.
• Actively participate in and support the plant’s Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program.
• Perform additional tasks assigned to meet operational needs.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, man-lifts, and electric carts when required.

• High school diploma or GED diploma
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance
• Able to use tools and measuring equipment
• Must be able to communicate clearly in spoken and written word in English
