MAT Outreach Navigator: ED & Jail Linkage

A progressive substance abuse treatment organization is seeking a full-time Patient Navigator to assist in outreach and education efforts regarding opioid use disorder treatment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, a nonjudgmental approach to helping patients with substance use issues, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include coordinating with external entities and assisting patients in accessing care.
