1st Shift: 5am-1:30 pm

• Ensures reliability of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Performs tasks including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Uses hand tools and measuring instruments to determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts.
• Assembles, installs, adjusts, and calibrates mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment.
• Dismantles, repairs, rebuilds, and replaces equipment and parts as needed.
• Adheres to all plant safety policies.
• Participates in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.
• Provides assistance and guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
• Executes preventive maintenance to machines and electrical cabinets such as clean up electrical cabinets, re-tight all electrical terminals, replace damaged devices, organize cables, ensure all components are perfectly grounded, replace bad sensors, replace control and power cables going to the field.
• Manages Work orders on eMaint platform to report all executed tasks on the machines.
• Must be familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and be able to diagnose bad input/output card.
• Executes predictive maintenance to Main power cabinets using thermographic camera.
• Troubleshoots electrical faults on machines and electrical devices.
• Performs root cause analysis for major breakdowns on machines.
• Replaces and configures Servo drives, VFDs and HMIs.
• Replaces and troubleshoots 480 VAC motors, 120 VAC motors.
• Replaces and troubleshoots servo motors.

• Preferred – Electrician Journeyman License
• Preferred – Electrician Industrial License
• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) or technical training and 3-5 years of recent experience in an industrial/manufacturing maintenance position.

• Demonstrates ability to select and operate appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks.
• Possesses operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
