Senior Sales Support Representative - Industrial at Ferguson

Responsibility- Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining best products and solutions.
- Ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders to deliver personalized customer service.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns.
- Use CRM and phone systems effectively.
- 3‑7 years of sales and/or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Motivated, customer‑service oriented, and able to build relationships (plus).
- General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Rapid learning of product knowledge and processes.
