• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining best products and solutions.
• Ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders to deliver personalized customer service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Use CRM and phone systems effectively.

• 3‑7 years of sales and/or customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Motivated, customer‑service oriented, and able to build relationships (plus).
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Rapid learning of product knowledge and processes.
