What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
* HS Diploma or equivalent
* Chemical and Hazardous Waste experience preferred
* 6+ months forklift experience preferred
* Mechanically inclined is a plus!
* Able to follow direction and take initiative
* Must work well in a team
* Ability to work in adverse conditions (heat & cold)
* Must be comfortable wearing proper PPEs
* Must be fitted for a respirator and clean shaven
* Must be able to lift to 50lbs, climb ladders, stoop, bend, shovel, sweep and stand for long periods

* Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
* Performs multiple site-specific plant operations, including mowing, weed eating, forklift operation, band saw operation, waste repacking and general labor.
* Follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures Ensures
* Works under the direction of the Plant Operations Manager or equivalent
* Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment
* Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business
