Openwork is thrilled to partner with a valued client to find a motivated and skilled Repack Operator. This is a hands‑on role that is essential to daily operations — perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes pride in quality work, and is safety‑conscious.

• Set up and operate production machinery, performing packaging, labeling, sorting, and manual lifting.
• Inspect and verify product weight and measurements, making adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure products meet company specifications.
• Identify and report defective materials or operational issues promptly.
• Manage packaging inventory and replenish supplies when needed.
• Sample and allocate materials for repacking and handle disposal of finished products.
• Operate forklifts and Crown Reach Trucks to move products and manage inventory.
• Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) guidelines and ISO 9001 procedures.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance to keep operations running.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records (receiving, staging, shipping).
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Experience: 2+ years of forklift and Crown Reach Truck operation required. This position may also require passing a forklift and reach truck skills test.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Experience in chemical or manufacturing environments and a stable work history.

• Hourly Rate: $19.64 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, rotating 2‑week schedule.
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Overtime opportunities available.
