** Job Purpose
** The Integration Lead serves as a key contributor within the Integrations Department, responsible for guiding daily operational activities and providing mentorship, training, and first-level support to Integration Specialists. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of customer integration processes by combining technical knowledge with strong leadership and analytical skills. The Integration Lead actively supports departmental objectives by improving reporting accuracy, optimizing workflows, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and customer success.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not all inclusive)
** Support execution of customer integration initiatives, including system setup, inventory management, and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer integration issues. Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely customer integration support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities will be considered. 3–5 years of experience in customer integration, data analysis, or related operational roles. Prior experience mentoring, training, or supporting team members preferred. Familiarity with MRC Global systems and integration processes strongly desired.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with Power BI and ERP systems preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality and efficiency.### Comprehensive Benefits
