- Provide expert guidance on underground pipeline regulations, agreement structures, and industry‑standard practices.
- Advise on corridor, easement, and ROW agreements, including evaluation of fair market values, commercial terms, and county/state requirements.
- Support assessments related to pipeline maintenance, inspection, construction, and compliance expectations.
- Offer strategic input on contracting activities, negotiations, and alignment with operational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in periodic site visits in the Houston / La Porte / Gulf Coast region (travel acceptable; local knowledge strongly preferred).
- Deliver insights and recommendations on a project‑by‑project basis at agreed consulting rates.
- 10+ years of combined experience across pipeline maintenance, land agreements, easement negotiations, pipeline regulatory compliance, or related midstream functions.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline operations, inspection standards, and construction requirements.
- Experience interpreting and advising on contract terms, market values, and regulatory constraints.
- Familiarity with Houston‑area pipeline networks and Gulf Coast infrastructure is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geotechnical Studies, Business, or a related field (extensive industry experience considered in place of degree).
- Ability to work independently, provide objective recommendations, and support the team on a flexible, as‑needed consulting basis.
