Key Responsibilities of the Timekeeper:
Maintain, review, and validate employee time records within the TRACK system
Collaborate with client TRACK teams to research and resolve discrepancies
Prepare labor reconciliations and generate AR invoices for job billing
Ensure compliance with payroll, billing, and reporting requirements
Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze, track, and report labor and billing data
Qualifications of the Timekeeper:
Hands-on experience with the TRACK system
Understanding of labor job billing processes
Experience supporting turnaround projects and/or oil & gas operations
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
High attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
