Job Purpose
Responsible for maintaining vendor documentation for assigned projects.
Responsibilities
Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Work as part of a team, ensuring the timely delivery of proper documentation and information.
* Assemble complex technical data books and documentation for customers as required.
* Create daily, weekly, and quarterly reports as needed.
* Troubleshoot issues or discrepancies.
* Ensure consistency in record management procedures and policies, which include logging, tracking, retention, retrieval, destruction, and disaster recovery.
* Perform Audits as determined necessary.
* Identify the areas of concern and make necessary improvements to improve the efficiency of internal processes and procedures to improve MRC standards.
* Ensure timely information flow between internal and external clients.
* Represent the department on specific projects or assignments.
* Carry out other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job.
* Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.
* Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illnesses immediately.
Qualifications
Any combination of requirements that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform essential duties and responsibilities will be considered.
* Undergraduate Degree or High school diploma/GED (General Education Degree) with 3 years of document control experience.
* Must have a current, valid driver's license and acceptable record at all times. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize job duties and handle multiple tasks.
* Ability to establish good rapport with branch employees, department personnel, and other corporate employees using written correspondence, proper phone etiquette, professional interpersonal skills, and other effective interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Access and Word is a must;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to Advanced is preferred.
* A demonstrated exceptionally high level of attention to detail is required.
Additional Qualifications
* Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
* Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries.
* Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, including Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
