• Review project plans and permits to ensure compliance
• Set daily objectives and goals for the crew
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project
• Delegate tasks and job responsibilities to team members
• Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
• Assess team members’ performance and provide guidance or coaching as needed

• Minimum of three years’ construction-related experience
• Strong communication skills with both team members and customers
• Experience operating backhoes and trenchers is desirable
• Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License highly preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Basic experience with aerial placement is a plus
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience

• 1.5x pay for all hours worked over 40 per week
