Responsibilities- Lead projects of varying size and scope
- Verify the accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
- Develop strategies to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, clients, material shortages, or absenteeism
- Oversee Quality Assurance to ensure all installations comply with customer specifications and industry standards
- Ensure all crew members follow proper safety protocols on site
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise all phases of a project
- Conduct site surveys independently for estimates, proposals, or quality assurance purposes
- Proven experience reading and working from blueprints and specifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with conduit installation, fiber placement, manhole and handhole installation, cable and fiber pulling, and indoor conduit work
- Demonstrated ability to manage a crew of 4–5 team members
- Experience operating equipment such as backhoes, mini excavators, trenchers, and plows
- Valid CDL Class A license is preferred
- 1.5x pay for all hours worked over 40 per week
