Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our retail/home improvement client. The role focuses on developing new business within the construction and industrial sectors and delivering value through tailored product and service solutions.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
• Deliver tailored product and service solutions to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Guide customers through product selection and application.
• Demonstrate active listening to fully understand customer challenges.
• Prepare and deliver price quotations accurately and promptly.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Provide consistent, high-quality post-sale support.
• Expand and strengthen existing customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
• Oversee and manage key client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal customer service and support teams.
• Position requires travel within a 60 mile radius.
• Can expect to average 50 hours/week.

• 3–5 years of sales experience or equivalent background
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree, trade school training, or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Genuine enjoyment of working with and assisting the public
• Professional relationship management skills
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Solid mechanical and technical aptitude
