This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Maker, located in La Porte, IN. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for crafting and designing patterns, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software, and ensuring precision in the pattern-making process. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing blueprints, developing patterns, operating tools and machinery, and collaborating with other team members to ensure effective production and quality control.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Pattern Making and Pattern Design to create accurate patterns for manufacturing needs.
- Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to develop and modify technical patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges in pattern development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Education in a related technical field or relevant experience in pattern making is a plus.
- Experience with Autodesk Delcam Power Shape and Delcam Power Mill preferred.
