Description
This position will be supporting our client in LaPorte, IN.
As a part of this role, the individuals will be tasked with supporting end user PCs and devices on the shop floor. This includes PC replacement: staging, transferring user data, and deployment. Other responsibilities will include basic PC troubleshooting. Client uses Remedy as their ITSM tool, and this person will log incident / ticket data. They utilize Office 365 for email and the ideal candidate will have experience with this platform.
This team is made up of a blend of contractors and FTE's. The contractors are indefinite with no end date. They are encouraged to apply for permanent positions if they open up with our client.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred. If given the opportunity to apply for a permanent role, in many cases a Bachelor's degree is required.
Non-technical skills are just as important as the technical piece. Individuals must be professional and provide good customer service. Reliability is also just as important. This person must have good customer service skills and be able to speak to users both on the phone and in person in order to schedule their refreshes, troubleshoot, etc.
