Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to join our on-site team in La Porte, IN. This is a high-impact role supporting manufacturing and business operations with a strong focus on Power BI analytics and business process improvement.
Onsite La Porte, IN (On-Site). Full-Time. Salary: $85,00 - $100,000.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Support and optimize ERP/system processes
- Analyze and improve business and operational workflows
- Partner with production/manufacturing teams to identify efficiencies
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
- Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed
This is a hands-on technical and analytical role requiring direct engagement with both business users and manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications- Associate’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power BI (required)
- Experience in business/process analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to clearly articulate past responsibilities and project impact
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Exposure to project management methodologies
- Long-term tenure in previous roles (2–3+ years per position strongly preferred)
- Friendly, team-oriented personality
- Comfortable working in an on-site manufacturing setting
- Collaborative, growth-minded professional
- Clear communicator who can work across departments
