Associate’s degree in business discipline (P), OR 1 plus years’ administrative experience (R)
Experience:
One (1) to Three (3) years in Administrative (R)

Computer systems;
Microsoft Office;
Data Entry (R);
General knowledge/understanding of specifications; OTR Shipping & Documentation (P);
Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 applications (P)
Skills (R):
Computer Literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Organized, Multi‑Tasking, Communication; organizational (planning, scheduling, filing) (R), interpersonal relationships (R)
The Role

The Role
- Greets visitors and maintains visitor logs. Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes.
- Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
- Monitors inventory and places orders for office equipment, breakroom, supplies, or provisions.
- Performs administrative activities such as processing mail and packages, invoices, customer samples, scanning and filing work orders. Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
- Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in an organization. Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, spreadsheets, and other presentations.
- Provides clerical support for inbound and outbound shipping operations.
- Process production orders in AX and D365 applications to accurately reflect inventory usage.
- Receives paperwork for Purchase Orders for incoming receipts of material.
- Other job duties as assigned.
